The PDC European Tour consists of eight tournaments played in eight different European cities. Among the tournaments are the German Darts Championship, Dutch Dart Masters, German Darts Masters, Austrian Darts Open and the Gibraltar Darts Trophy. The PDC European Tour finishes with the European Darts Open, European Darts Grand Prix and the European Darts Trophy. The player's field usually consists of the top 16 of the Order of Merit, twenty players that qualified through the UK Qualifierm and eight European qualifiers. Finally four local players are invited to complete the field.
